Model Studio

How to configure model thresholds, run scenarios, and compare model versions in Model Studio.

What is Model Studio?

Model Studio gives advanced users direct access to model configuration. It unlocks after your workspace has 500+ customer records and all initial models have trained.

The four tabs

Train

Shows the training status of all 12 models — last trained date, accuracy score, and number of records used. You can trigger a manual retrain if you've imported significant new data and want scores refreshed immediately rather than waiting for the next automatic cycle.

Scenarios

Lets you adjust key model parameters and see how scores would change. Useful for understanding the sensitivity of your churn scores to different threshold settings. Changes here are simulations — they do not affect live scores until you explicitly apply them.

Compare

Side-by-side comparison of two model versions (e.g., current vs. the version from 30 days ago). Shows how accuracy, score distribution, and band assignments have shifted.

Export

Download all model predictions as a CSV file. Useful for importing scores into other systems or for custom analysis. The export includes all 12 model scores per customer plus the customer email and external ID.

⚠️
Changing model thresholds in Scenarios will affect how many customers appear in each risk band. Apply changes carefully — a lower churn alert threshold means more customers in the At-Risk band, which increases export size and campaign costs.
