Accessing notification preferences

Go to Settings → Notifications or click the gear icon at the bottom of the notification centre panel.

In-app vs. email notifications

For each notification type, you can independently control:

• In-app — Shows in the notification centre (bell icon in topbar)
• Email — Sent to your account email address

Payment failed notifications cannot be turned off — they always send email. This is a safety feature to prevent account disruption.

Weekly digest

The weekly digest is a single summary email sent each Monday morning covering: sync activity, exports run, model retraining events, and team changes from the past week. Enable it in notification preferences under "Email" → "Weekly digest".

Notification centre

Click the bell icon in the topbar to open the notification centre. Notifications are grouped by recency (Today, Yesterday, Earlier) and type. Click any notification to navigate to the relevant screen. Mark individual notifications as read by clicking them, or use "Mark all as read" to clear all at once.
