Customer Profiles

Customer 360 — individual customer profiles

How to view a complete customer profile, read their model scores, and take actions.

Accessing a customer profile

Click any customer name or email from the Protect, Grow, Explore, or Audiences screens. You can also search for a customer by name or email using the command palette (⌘K).

Profile tabs

Overview

The main tab shows:

  • KPI strip — Total lifetime spend, average order value, days since last purchase, predicted CLV, and current RFM segment
  • Churn score meter — Score on a 0–100 gauge with band markers, plus the 30-day score trend sparkline
  • Driving signals — A breakdown of which inputs are most responsible for the current score
  • Activity timeline — Chronological history of purchases, emails sent, model alerts, and team notes
  • Right sidebar — Customer details (join date, acquisition source, email/SMS status) and all six model score summaries

Orders

Complete order history sorted by date — order ID, date, items, total, delivery status, and channel. For stores with many orders, pagination loads earlier orders on demand.

Intelligence

All 12 model scores for this specific customer in detail — not just the summary shown in the right sidebar. Includes score history and the specific inputs driving each model's output for this customer.

Segments

All audience segments this customer currently belongs to — both model-generated (churn, win-back, CLV) and manually created. Shows when they were added and why.

Notes

Team collaboration notes — see the Customer notes documentation for details.
