What is Grow?
While Protect focuses on stopping customer loss, Grow focuses on unlocking revenue from customers you already have. It surfaces three types of opportunities:
Repurchase candidates
Customers who are statistically overdue for their next purchase — a gentle nudge is all they need.
CLV tier movers
Customers close to the next CLV tier threshold — one purchase could shift them to a higher-value segment.
Win-back windows
Lapsed customers whose optimal re-engagement window is currently open — highest win-back probability.
Revenue opportunity calculator
Grow shows an estimated revenue opportunity for each section — the total predicted value if you successfully act on all candidates in that group. This helps prioritise your effort when you can't act on everything at once.
Suggested actions
Each customer row in Grow has a suggested action based on their model scores. Common suggestions include:
- "Export to Klaviyo repurchase flow" — for overdue customers
- "Target with tier-upgrade offer" — for CLV tier movers
- "Send win-back message today" — for customers at win-back window peak
