Working with repurchase candidates

Identifying and acting on customers who are overdue for their next purchase.

Who are repurchase candidates?

Repurchase candidates are customers with a repurchase score above 0.6 who haven't purchased in 30+ days. They're not at churn risk yet — they intend to buy again — they just need a reminder at the right moment.

Finding them

Go to Grow → Repurchase candidates. The list is sorted by repurchase score (highest first) and shows each customer's last purchase date, predicted next purchase product category, and optimal send time.

Best practices

  • Personalise your outreach with the predicted product category (visible on each row and on the Customer Profile)
  • Use the optimal send time to schedule the email for when they're most likely to engage
  • Don't use a discount by default — high-repurchase-score customers often buy without one. Save discounts for customers in the win-back window
  • Set up a daily scheduled export from Audiences using the "Repurchase ready" template to keep your Klaviyo flow populated automatically
