Adding and managing agency clients

How to add a new client workspace, configure reporting, and manage client access.

Adding a new client

From the Agency home, click Add client (the dashed card at the end of the client grid) or click + Add client in the navigation. The wizard has 5 steps:

Client info
Client name, industry, primary contact name and email.

Connect store
Connect the client's Shopify or WooCommerce store, or upload a CSV. You'll need the client's store credentials — coordinate with them before starting this step.

Assign team
Select which agency team members will have access to this client's workspace and their roles.

Reporting cadence
Configure if and how often to auto-generate reports for this client: None, Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly. Select the report template and email recipients (can include the client's team).

Done
The client workspace is created and sync begins.
