Client reporting and white-label report delivery
Generating a client report
From the Agency home, click on a client and select Generate report, or enter the client workspace and go to Reports → Generate.
If white-label is configured, the report automatically uses your agency logo, name, and primary colour. The client's workspace name appears on the report cover. "Powered by LiftSignals" is removed.
Report configuration
- Template — Choose from Weekly Performance, Churn Risk Brief, Executive Briefing, or Customer Health Snapshot
- Date range — Use a preset (last week, last month) or a custom range
- Sections — Toggle individual sections on or off
- Format — PDF (default for client delivery) or Word (for editing before sharing)
Automated report delivery
Configure automated reports per client in the client setup wizard (Step 4) or by going to Agency → Clients → [Client name] → Settings → Reporting. You can set: cadence, template, recipients, and format.
Reports are generated at 06:00 UTC on the scheduled day and emailed directly to the configured recipients. If white-label email sending is configured, the email comes from your agency's address.
