White-label settings

How to configure your agency's branding for client-facing reports and the client viewer portal.

What can be white-labelled?

On the Agency plan, you can replace LiftSignals branding with your agency's own branding on:

  • Client-facing reports (PDF and Word)
  • The client viewer portal (the read-only view your clients see when you share access)
  • Email delivery of reports (sender name and email)

Configuring white-label settings

Go to Agency → White-label.

Branding tab

  • Upload your agency logo (PNG or SVG, minimum 128×128px)
  • Set your agency name (replaces "LiftSignals" in all client-facing materials)
  • Set your primary colour (the accent colour in reports and the client portal)

Custom domain tab

Set a custom domain for the client portal (e.g., analytics.youragency.com). After entering the domain, LiftSignals shows the DNS records you need to add. Once DNS propagates (usually 5–60 minutes), the portal is accessible at your custom domain.

Email sending tab

Configure the sender name and email address for report delivery. You'll need to verify the domain by adding a DNS record. Once verified, reports are sent from your agency's email address instead of LiftSignals'.

ℹ️
White-label applies to all client workspaces. You cannot configure different branding per client on the Agency plan — contact us about Enterprise if you need that.
