The four report types available in LiftSignals and when to use each one.

Report types

Weekly Performance
A weekly summary of your customer health, at-risk trends, win-back activity, and model accuracy changes. Ideal for the Monday morning team review.

Churn Risk Brief
A focused view of at-risk customers, current revenue at risk, which band each customer is in, and recommended actions. Good for regular reporting to leadership.

Executive Briefing
High-level KPIs for non-technical leadership. Covers churn trend, CLV distribution, win-back ROI, and model accuracy in plain language.
💚
Customer Health Snapshot
A deep-dive into your RFM segment distribution, CLV tier breakdown, data quality score, and model accuracy. Good for quarterly strategy reviews.

Generating a report

Go to Reports in the main navigation. Click + Generate report. Select a template, choose your date range (presets or custom), toggle which sections to include, and click Generate. Reports are ready within 30–60 seconds.

Report formats

  • PDF — Best for sharing with stakeholders outside LiftSignals
  • Word (.docx) — Best for editing and customising before sharing

Report history

All generated reports are saved in Reports → History and can be re-downloaded, shared via link, or emailed to recipients. Reports are retained for 30 days (Starter), 90 days (Growth), or 365 days (Agency/Enterprise).
