Scheduling automatic reports
Why schedule reports?
Scheduled reports ensure your team always has a fresh performance summary waiting in their inbox on Monday morning — without anyone manually generating it. Once configured, they run without intervention.
Setting up a scheduled report

Open Reports and click "+ Generate report"
Or go to Reports → History and click "Schedule a report".

Choose your template and sections
Select which report type and which sections to include.

Enable "Schedule recurring delivery"
Toggle this on to reveal the scheduling options.

Set frequency and recipients
Choose Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly. Enter the email addresses to deliver to — they don't need a LiftSignals account to receive the report.

Save the schedule
The first report generates immediately, and future reports generate on your chosen schedule.
