Scheduled recurring exports

How to automate audience exports to run daily, weekly, or monthly without manual effort.

What are scheduled exports?

Scheduled exports automatically push a saved audience to a connected platform on a recurring schedule. Because LiftSignals audiences are dynamic (members change as scores change), a daily export ensures your Klaviyo list is always current — new at-risk customers are added and recovered customers are reflected.

Creating a scheduled export

1
Go to Audiences → Schedules
Or, open any saved audience and toggle "Schedule recurring export" at the bottom of the export panel.
2
Choose your audience
Select from your saved audiences. If you haven't saved the audience yet, save it first.
3
Select the destination platform
Choose from Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or CSV by email.
4
Set frequency and time
Choose Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly. For weekly+ schedules, choose the day of week. Choose a run time — we recommend 06:00 UTC (off-peak) for fastest processing.
5
Choose what to export on each run
Export all current members (Klaviyo deduplicates automatically) or only new members since the last run. Most use cases: export all members.

Managing schedules

All your scheduled exports are visible in Audiences → Schedules. Each shows: last run status, next run time, total records in the last export, and run history. You can pause, edit, or delete any schedule from this screen.

💡
If a scheduled export fails (e.g., Klaviyo API timeout), LiftSignals automatically retries at the next scheduled run. You'll receive a notification about any failed exports.
