Cancelling your subscription

How to cancel, what happens to your data, and options for pausing instead.

How to cancel

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You'll be shown a retention offer (a discount or pause option) before the cancellation is confirmed — this is optional and you can skip straight to cancellation.

What happens when you cancel

  • Your plan continues until the end of the current billing period — you're not charged again
  • After the billing period ends, syncs and exports stop
  • Your data (customer records, scores, reports) is retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
  • You can resubscribe at any time during the 30-day window — your data will be intact

Pausing instead of cancelling

If you need a break but plan to return, consider pausing your subscription instead. A pause freezes your billing for up to 3 months. Syncs stop during a pause, but all your data is preserved and models resume training when you unpause.

To pause: Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription → Pause instead.
