Invoices and payment methods
Viewing invoices
Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices. Past invoices are listed with the date, amount, and download link. Click any invoice to download the PDF.
Updating your payment method
Go to Settings → Billing → Payment method. Click "Update card" — you'll be taken to a secure Stripe payment page to enter new card details. LiftSignals never handles raw card data directly.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, you'll receive an email and see a banner in LiftSignals. Your account remains active for a grace period while we attempt to retry. After 3 failed attempts, your account is paused — you'll still be able to log in and download your data, but syncs and exports stop.
To reactivate after a pause, update your payment method and click "Retry payment" in the billing banner.
