Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the most common questions from LiftSignals users.

How often do model scores update?

Churn scores and win-back timing update every 2 hours. CLV, RFM, and most other models update daily. Cohort Retention, Channel Attribution, and Spend Optimizer update weekly. You can see the last-trained time for each model in Model Studio → Train.

Why does my churn score look different in Klaviyo vs. LiftSignals?

Scores exported to Klaviyo are a snapshot at the time of export. If you exported last Tuesday and the score has changed since, Klaviyo still shows the old value. Set up a daily scheduled export to keep Klaviyo scores current.

Can I connect more than one store?

Yes — create one workspace per store. Each workspace has its own connection, models, and data. You can switch between them using the workspace switcher in the sidebar. The number of workspaces depends on your plan (1 on Starter, 5 on Growth, unlimited on Agency/Enterprise).

Can my clients log into LiftSignals?

On the Agency plan, you can grant clients Viewer-level access to their specific workspace. They'll see a simplified, read-only view of their data with your agency's branding if white-label is configured. Agency plan required — Viewer access for clients is not available on Starter or Growth.

How do I add my Shopify store to LiftSignals without re-importing all historical data?

The initial sync always imports your full history — this is necessary for the models to learn your store's patterns accurately. Subsequent syncs are incremental (only new data). The initial sync is a one-time process.

Can I export raw customer scores as CSV?

Yes — go to Model Studio → Export. This downloads all 12 model scores per customer as a CSV file. You can also use the API to query individual customer scores programmatically.

Is my data secure?

LiftSignals stores data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Customer data is isolated per account — no cross-account access is possible. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant. For GDPR data export requests, see Settings → Data → Export my data.
