Sync issues — diagnosis and fixes
Sync is stuck at the same percentage
If your sync progress hasn't moved in more than 30 minutes:
- Check the notification centre for a sync error notification
- Go to Settings → Integrations → [Your store] → View sync status
- If you see an error code, check the table below
- If no error is shown, the sync may be processing large batches — wait another hour before contacting support
Common sync error codes

SHOPIFY_RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED | Shopify API rate limit hit during bulk import | Auto-retry in 15 min. No action needed. |
SHOPIFY_AUTH_EXPIRED | OAuth token rotated or revoked | Reconnect Shopify in Settings → Integrations |
WOO_CONNECTION_REFUSED | WooCommerce site unreachable | Check site is online and firewall allows LiftSignals IPs |
WOO_AUTH_FAILED | WooCommerce API credentials changed | Update credentials in Settings → Integrations |
DATA_PARSE_ERROR | Unexpected data format in API response | Contact support with the error reference |
Sync completed but scores look wrong
- Check your data health score — missing fields reduce model accuracy
- Models retrain after sync — scores may take 1–2 hours to update after a new sync
- For very small stores (<500 customers), scores are provisional and may shift significantly as more data is added
