Sync frequency

Shopify syncs run every 4 hours by default. You can configure this in Settings → Integrations → Shopify → Edit.

Real-time order webhooks

For stores on Shopify's Advanced plan and above, LiftSignals also receives real-time order webhooks — meaning a new order is reflected in model scores within minutes of it being placed, not at the next sync.

OAuth token rotation

Shopify OAuth tokens can expire if you revoke access or change your Shopify plan. If you see a "Shopify connection needs reauthorisation" banner, click it to re-authenticate. This is a one-click process and all your data is preserved.

Multiple Shopify stores

Each Shopify store requires its own LiftSignals workspace. If you manage multiple stores, create one workspace per store and switch between them using the workspace switcher in the sidebar.
