Workspaces overview
What is a workspace?
A workspace is an isolated data environment in LiftSignals — it has its own store connection, customer records, model instances, team members, and settings. Think of it as a dedicated LiftSignals instance for one store or client.
When to use multiple workspaces
- You manage multiple stores or brands
- You're an agency managing multiple clients — one workspace per client
- You have a separate wholesale and DTC business that should be analysed independently
Workspace limits by plan

Switching between workspaces
Click the workspace name in the bottom of the sidebar to open the workspace switcher. You can search for a workspace by name and see its health status (a coloured dot). Click any workspace to switch to it instantly.
Workspace health indicators
- ● Healthy — Models trained, sync current, no errors
- ● Syncing / Warning — Sync in progress or minor issue
- ● Alert — Sync failed or model training error
