Accessing workspace settings

Click the gear icon next to the workspace name in the switcher, or go to Settings from within the workspace.

General

Change the workspace name, icon, and timezone. The timezone affects how "today" is defined for daily report generation and scheduled export timing.

Store connection

View connection status, last sync time, record count, and reconnect if the connection is broken. You can also change the sync frequency here.

Members

Add or remove team member access to this specific workspace. Each member can have a different role in different workspaces — someone might be an Admin in one workspace and a Viewer in another.

Danger zone

• Archive — Soft-deletes the workspace. All data is preserved for 30 days. You can restore an archived workspace during this window. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
• Delete — Immediately and permanently deletes all workspace data. This cannot be undone. Type the workspace name to confirm.
