WooCommerce — managing your connection

Understanding sync frequency, reconnecting after credential changes, and disconnecting.

Sync frequency

After the initial full sync, LiftSignals syncs your WooCommerce store every 6 hours by default. You can change this to every 2 hours (more frequent) or every 24 hours (less frequent) in Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce → Edit.

What is synced incrementally

Incremental syncs only pull orders and customer updates since the last sync time — they are much faster than the initial sync. Model scores update after each incremental sync completes.

Reconnecting after credential changes

If you regenerate your WooCommerce API keys (e.g., for security), you'll need to update them in LiftSignals: Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce → Edit → Update credentials. The sync will resume from the last successful sync point.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting your WooCommerce store stops future syncs but does not delete your existing customer data or model scores in LiftSignals. You can reconnect at any time and the incremental sync will pick up from where it stopped.
