Attentive integration

Overview

The Attentive integration allows you to export LiftSignals audiences to Attentive SMS segments. Only customers with a valid phone number and SMS opt-in status are included in exports to Attentive.

Connecting Attentive

Go to Settings → Integrations → Attentive → Connect. You'll need your Attentive API credentials, available from your Attentive account settings. LiftSignals uses the Attentive Subscriptions API.

What gets exported

For each exported customer profile, LiftSignals sends: phone number, email address (for matching), first name, and the liftsignals_churn_score custom attribute.

Opt-in filtering

LiftSignals automatically filters out customers who are not SMS opted-in before sending to Attentive. You don't need to add this filter manually.
